A Champagne brand is judged on its basic cuvée. The Brut Tradition champagne is supple and fruity in taste with supple and harmonious aromas. This cuvée is produced using the traditional assemblage of the three grape varieties of the Champagne region mentioned above. In order to maintain consistency of taste from one year to the next, reserve wines are used to complete the assemblage process. Dosage (Sugar): 8 - 9 g/l Aged for at least 2 years in the cellars.
