Grape(s): Roussanne, Grenache, Viognier, and many different lees.

Terroir encompasses rolled pebbles and sandy limestone, pebbles, and calcarous clay. Before vinification commences, parcels of old vines with naturally small yields are chosen. Manual harvest with sorting is done. Skin contact maceration at cold temperature, with fermentation in new french oak barrels. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation (30%) followed by ageing with periodic incorporation of the lees for 15 months. Finally, one single bottling run without filtration is carried out.

The wine possesses a beautiful robe combining deep gold and green hues. On the nose, a powerful display of complex aromas is layered with a multitude of surprising scents: white flowers, beeswax, sweet spices, star-anise, violet, and vanilla. In the mouth, the wine has an incredibly dense body, both soft and rich, delivering fully ripe fruit flavors. The finish is an aromatic masterpiece offering a delicate harmony that you will long remember. Optimal service temperature: 12C
