Grape(s): 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah-Mourvèdre.
Traditional, ancestral vinification method (“en foudre de chêne”). Aged en foudre for 12 months. Manual harvests. Appearance: red garnet, clear and crystalline color. On the nose, it presents black fruits and spices, notes of cassis, blackberries, and garrigue. In the mouth, harmonious, frank and fresh. Accompanies ideally sophisticated dishes, wild game and meats in sauce, as well as cheese. Optimal service temperature: 15C-17C
