 A selection of old vines aged between 20 and 40 years old situated on the hillsides and on terrasses are used for the cuvée "L'Amarybelle.” Soil composed of sand, granite, at shallow depth. Organic fertilizer used, low-yield harvest, effeuillage, green harvest for optimal maturity of the grapes. Manual harvest and in the cave, rigorous sorting, pressing, partial destemming occur. Malolactic fermentation in barrels with native yeast. Aged 18 months in barrels.

Beautiful expressive nose of little red, slightly acidic fruits and sweet spice, voluminous mouth, at the end the tannic structure gives depth.

Maturity: 2018-2028.
