Philippe Gilbert is a winemaker of great integrity, who, over the past few vintages, has switched over to biodynamic cultivation in order to work the vines as naturally as possible, with the very talented technical director, Jean-Philippe Louis, also a part of the team. This is reflected in the high quality of the wines, with the last few vintages producing extraordinary Menetou-Salons.

The Menetou-Salon Blanc 2009 possesses a perfect maturity of the grape, remains vibrant with tension, and has a long finish.
