VINIFICATION

Method:

Hand picked grapes were placed in cold room overnight before crushing. The must

fermented with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature 16-18 oC for 1,5 month. The wine matured on lees for 6 months and was bottled unfiltered.

TASTING

Yellow color. Fine aromas of gardenia and small white flowers. Citrus fruits, pear and stone fruits aromas, hints of lemongrass. Elegant texture medium bodied with buttery and salty aftertaste.

 

Served with seafood, fish, pasta with light sauces or salty cheeses. Better served at 12-14˚C.
