Grape(s): 100% Marsanne.

The Harmonie cuvée comes from a parcel planted with Marsanne grapes, and the vines are aged around 20 years, and from colluviums mixed with granitic sand and limestone-clay. Manual harvest. The must is vinified in at a low temperature in little inox tanks, and then the wine is aged “sur lies” around 10 months in little tanks. The bottling takes place at the beginning of the spring following the harvest, with malolactic fermentation occuring one time. Beautiful floral aromas, in the mouth it is fat and fresh. Medium concentration, great as an aperitif, with a “finale gourmande.”
