In the mouth the wine is very fine and delicate, combining a soft power with a tender vivacity. The fresh vegetal character and the decrete floral nature add to the beautiful fruity and vanilla notes. The finish is long and resolutely mineral, which expresses perfectly the rigor and charm of the wine.
